451 is now 662: Towson-area schools even more crowded

According to Towson Families United:

Rodgers Forge Elementary continues to be the most overcrowded school in Baltimore County, at 181.31% capacity. There are now 718 students enrolled there, in a school rated for 396. That’s an extra 322 students. -- read more

Ballroom dancing: Lessons at Beginning Ballroom, Towson Dance Studio, Friday Night Swing, or Arthur Murray. Use what you've learned, or already know, at the Belvedere hotel or The Promenade. And swing dancing at Charm City Swing.

It's easy to recycle in the city and county

To find out what you can recycle and when it gets picked up, visit the recycling sites of Baltimore County or Baltimore City. (~~Did you know they don't recycle pizza boxes or yogurt containers?~~ They do now!)

You can also learn there how to recycle electronics, such as old VCRs, cell phones and computers, which are full of toxins that are best left out of the trash.

Plastic bags can be recycled at most grocery stores, and batteries and compact flourescent bulbs can be recycled at Ikea (the bins are located near the returns counter).
