"This evening, a 10 year old child was struck in the 100 block of Dumbarton Road. The child was getting out of the a car when he was hit by a van. According to a witness, it looks like the child was pushed at least 20 feet from intial impact. There are skid marks on the road though. The child was taken to Johns Hopkins. The child was talking and crying. He had several scrapes on his body."
I don't have any other details. Will hope for a speedy recovery!
