A friend just told me that she recently used Thumbs Up Party for her daughter's birthday party and it went very well. I'd never heard of them before.
She said, "It's a great resource. They did everything. Brought all the decorations, provided costumes, party hosts ran games, crafts, dancing, provided cake, transformed my dining room (super fancy). I only provided juice. Then they cleaned up everything and left."
I would for sure do this if the price included a pre-party cleaning session.
