Council members say renting space from Catholic schools might ease overcrowding

The council members supporting this are David Marks, Todd Huff and Vicki Almond. Read the Patch story here. (This was also mentioned by Councilman Marks in this update.) I know this idea was floated a few years ago before the county agreed to build West Towson Elementary; I can't remember exactly why it was rejected though I seem to recall questions about separation of church and state. Anyone remember?
