My neighbor in the 300 block of Regester uses a rollator walker (a walker with wheels) and his wife accidentally left it outside in the alley behind their house when leaving. Perhaps someone took it thinking it was "trash" or "up-for-grabs" .... if anyone knows anything about its whereabouts, please email me at debheacock@gmail.com.
