FYI, Due to a combination of conflict with the cafetorium being used by a dance class and my travel schedule, the November RFCA board meeting is being moved to Monday, Nov 12th in the RFES Library.

Ballroom dancing: Lessons at Beginning Ballroom, Towson Dance Studio, Friday Night Swing, or Arthur Murray. Use what you've learned, or already know, at the Belvedere hotel or The Promenade. And swing dancing at Charm City Swing.

It's easy to recycle in the city and county

To find out what you can recycle and when it gets picked up, visit the recycling sites of Baltimore County or Baltimore City. (~~Did you know they don't recycle pizza boxes or yogurt containers?~~ They do now!)

You can also learn there how to recycle electronics, such as old VCRs, cell phones and computers, which are full of toxins that are best left out of the trash.

Plastic bags can be recycled at most grocery stores, and batteries and compact flourescent bulbs can be recycled at Ikea (the bins are located near the returns counter).
