Lost beagle

This person needs help finding Ruby: "She is Beagle that is white with black spots and a brown face. She has been seen in the area of Dumbarton Middle School, but she is a very shy, skittish dog that will be very hard to catch. She does not have her collar or tags on, but she does have a microchip."

UPDATE: RUBY IS HOME.

It's easy to recycle in the city and county

To find out what you can recycle and when it gets picked up, visit the recycling sites of Baltimore County or Baltimore City. (~~Did you know they don't recycle pizza boxes or yogurt containers?~~ They do now!)

You can also learn there how to recycle electronics, such as old VCRs, cell phones and computers, which are full of toxins that are best left out of the trash.

Plastic bags can be recycled at most grocery stores, and batteries and compact flourescent bulbs can be recycled at Ikea (the bins are located near the returns counter).
